The saree is made of handwoven cotton imbibing breathability and soft texture in the fabric.
The saree is prepared with azo free dyes (all natural dyes) with all over kantha weave work.
Fabric of the saree is handmade by artisans who have weaved the fabric on mechanised looms. These looms do not use electricity. Human handling lends the fabrics a unique feel and renders the fabrics more value.
The art of hand weaving, dyeing and naturally drying is not only a labour intensive process but also requires time and hands of an expert. The product thus completed not only has the value of artisanal skills but is also a tangible proof of the rich weaving heritage of India.
